Supplier shall warranty all work performed under this contract award for a period of five 5 years from the completion date of service provided. if during that five 5 year period of warranty, any part installed under the contract fails or does not function properly due to any fault in workmanship or installation, the supplier shall, under notice from the college, promptly proceed to repair or replace the faulty item at no cost to the college.

Technicians shall be qualified and familiar with mercury and axis brand equipment.

GTC reserves the right to require the supplier to remove andor not to assign any employee GTC deems incompetent, careless, insubordinate, or otherwise objectionable to working on GTC jobs.

Contractor personnel must possess a minimum of six months of administrative, scheduling, or data entry experience, preferably within a military, federal, or equivalent corporate environment. They must be proficient in utilizing standard computer programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) and have demonstrated ability to produce written products with accurate grammar, spelling, and punctuation. Technical ability to navigate virtual classroom environments (Microsoft Teams) and a basic understanding of military protocol and Air Force terminology are required. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse clientele are essential. Personnel must maintain cognizance of military hierarchy and protocol, including military customs and courtesies. Strong oral and written communication skills are necessary. As a condition of employment and continued performance, the contractor must successfully pass and maintain a favorable federal background investigation to obtain and retain a common access card (CAC) for unescorted installation and government network access.
