The qualifications of the account manager should include: experience with medical billing. associates degree in medical records technology, accounting, business, or related field at a regionally accredited college or university. successful completion of coursework in medical records technology is desired. staff must have a thorough knowledge of modern office terminology, procedures, and equipment. hipaa compliance. mhotrs, or related outpatient mental health clinic, experienced professional on staff.

The duration of the project is currently estimated at 730 calendar days from the issuance of a notice to proceed.

The anticipated solicitation will be issued either as a request for proposal rfp in accordance with far part 15, considering technical and price factors or as an invitation for bid ifb in accordance with far part 14, considering price only.

The offeror must certify that if awarded the contract, they will comply with the limitations on subcontracting specified in the clause and in the resultant contract.
