Additionally, manufacturers' warranties shall cover installations for at least twelve months or more, and all work performed by the bidder, including parts and labor, shall be warranted for a period of at least one year, commencing upon the date of completion of the constructed parking lot area. Bidders must submit a statement of qualifications including their resume, number of years of experience working with the Navajo Nation government or other governmental entities, a current and valid license for the type of work, three references, field-related degree and/or certification, safety certification, number of employees, and a detailed explanation of how the bidder would accomplish the objectives described in the scope of work.
