Interior upgrade Interior renovation of existing building, including updated finishes for restrooms, demolition and reconstruction of new showers and drying areas with ADA accessible shower, repurposing space for a new lactation room, replacement of most interior doors and hardware, new ceilings, wall paint, flooring ( new resinous flooring and carpet), installation of additional office storage lockers, major MEP renovations including plumbing DWV and water line piping replacement, plumbing fixture replacement, replacement of all HVAC systems, new LED lighting, modification of electrical distribution systems, installation of new cable trays and cable, replacement of all existing cables, and installation of wireless access points and life safety systems.

Lot 1: ONLY ONLINE BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR THIS RFB. Emailed and hard copies delivered by any method WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. On this line, Bidders must enter $ 0. 00 for Contract Amount in the e- procurement system. Actual Contract Amount must be entered on " Official Bid Document" and submitted as an attachment in the e- procurement system. Vendors should review and update, if necessary, all addresses and contact persons for their account prior to bid submission. This information will carry forward to a contract if awarded, therefore please ensure all information is correct. Entire Official Bid Document and Bid Bond ( if required) should be combined as one PDF and uploaded The project consists of an interior renovation of the existing building. The restrooms will have updated finishes and the mens side will include the demolition and reconstruction of new showers and drying areas and adding an ADA accessible shower. The project includes repurposing space for a new lactation room. Most interior doors in the building are to be replaced with new doors, and new door hardware. Interior finishes include new ceilings, wall paint, and flooring. New resinous flooring, and carpet will be included. Installation of additional OCIE storage lockers is included in the project. MEP scope of this project includes major renovations of the building systems. Replacing plumbing DWV and water line piping as well as replacing plumbing fixtures. All HVAC systems and related infrastructure are to be replaced. Lighting will be replaced with new LED, electrical distribution systems modified to accommodate new layouts and equipment, new cable trays and cable will be installed, all existing cables will be replaced, wireless access point will be installed in all areas, and the life safety systems will be replaced.
