Protests regarding specifications must be received no less than seventy-two hours prior to proposal opening. any such protest regarding the specifications or proposal procedures must be received by city of laredo no less than seventytwo hours prior to the time set for proposal opening

Proposals not conforming to requirements, late submissions, or unauthorized communication with city staff may lead to disqualification. bids will not be accepted after the specified deadline, regardless of circumstances
