Proposals must be submitted by 12:00 PM CDT on August 31, 2026. Services must begin within ten 10 days after receipt of notice to proceed, unless otherwise agreed.

TAIT shall process payment to the contractor monthly, on invoices submitted to the airport representative, generally no later than the tenth day of the month following the month that services were provided.

TAIT intends to evaluate sealed bid proposals using best value criteria and award the contract to the responsive and responsible bidder whose sealed bid proposal provides the best and most advantageous value to TAIT.

Bidders must be experienced and qualified firms. They must have under their direct control or available for use the personnel, equipment, materials, supplies, supervision, and management resources required to perform the services as specified.

If the successful bidder fails to enter into the contract within fifteen 15 days after award, or fails to furnish required insurance and other required documents, TAIT may retain the certified or cashier's check as liquidated damages. Failure to execute the contract agreement within the specified time may result in award to another bidder and forfeiture of the bid guaranty as liquidated damages.
