TAIT seeks an experienced qualified firm to provide all material, labor, supervision, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to construct the new maintenance and office building. By submitting a bid, the contractor certifies that it, and its proposed subcontractors, has under its direct control or at its disposal the personnel, equipment and materials required to execute the project work as specified.
In the event TAIT awards the contract to the bidder and the bidder fails to enter a contract within fifteen (15) days from the making of such award, and furnish the bonds and insurance as required, the amount of the certified check will be retained by TAIT as liquidated damages or, if a bid bond or letter of credit is submitted, the amount not less than 5% of the bid will be immediately due and owing to TAIT.
A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at 10:00 AM. Remote participation is available via Microsoft Teams.
