Offeror must have a minimum three 3 consecutive years of experience in the processing, data entry and scanning of documents in the state of hawaii.
Failure to complete delivery within the time proposed will cause damage to the judiciary, estimated at **** for each and every calendar day the contractor delays in completing any item of the contract after the required date of said completion.
