Vendors should review and update, if necessary, all addresses and contact persons for their account prior to bid submission. This information will carry forward to a contract if awarded, therefore please ensure all information is correct. Contractor shall provide labor, equipment, materials, and supplies to perform janitorial and other grounds maintenance at the Interstate Rest Area facilities on I- 65 in Bullitt County in District Five for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet Department of Highways. Lot 2: Supplemental Temporary Staffing Vendor shall provide additional temporary staffing upon request of the Department. Temporary labor staffing shall be provided to fulfill the demands and needs of the Rest Area facilities due to increased travel resulting from holidays, local events, and seasonal travel patterns. The Department shall provide Vendor a Delivery Order indicating the number of temporary staff individuals, work shifts, and the beginning and ending dates and times. Vendor shall invoice the Department for the additional labor man- hours as a separate item on the regular monthly invoice. Any and all additional staffing above the minimum staffing level as determined in this Master Agreement must be approved by the District Rest Area Coordinator or a designee of the Chief District Engineer.
