The evaluation criteria include understanding of the assignment and quality of the proposed approach 25, relevant experience, qualifications, and demonstrated design quality 25, completeness and reasonableness of the proposed scope and schedule 15, total fee, fee transparency, and overall value 30, and references, responsiveness, and ability to meet the DDA's needs 5.
Respondents must provide names, roles, relevant credentials, and availability of the people who will perform the work and descriptions of at least three comparable projects, preferably involving municipal streetscapes, medians, downtown public spaces, parkinglot landscaping, or similarly constrained sites.
The scope includes attend one onsite meeting with dda and city representatives and inspect both project areas and respondents are responsible for examining the publicly accessible sites.
