This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the purchase of 1 curbstops. Bids must be submitted through the city's electronic bidding system, Ionwave, by April 16, 2026, at 2:00 PM ET. Approximate lead times for each item must be stated, and bids should include all shipping costs. All questions must be submitted through Ionwave by April 14, 2026, at 2:00 PM ET. Bidders must possess a current and valid business license. The bid will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid is most advantageous to the city, considering price, availability, and other factors. The city reserves the right to accept none, all, or any part of the bid. Bidders are responsible for ascertaining pertinent local conditions and should visit the city buildings. Insurance requirements are detailed, and the successful bidder will be required to enter into a contract with a termination for convenience clause. Payment terms are within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid invoice. A supplier debrief process is available upon written request within thirty (30) days of bid award.

The city of Warner Robins agrees to pay the supplier for all undisputed amounts within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid and properly prepared invoice.
The bid will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the city, price, availability, and other factors considered.
To remain eligible for award, bidders must possess a current and valid business license/occupational tax certificate issued by the appropriate local, state, or federal authority, as required by law. Proof of such license must be included with bid submission.
In case of failure to deliver goods or services in accordance with the contract terms and conditions, the city of Warner Robins, after due oral or written notice, may procure substitute goods or services from other sources and hold the contractor responsible for any resulting additional purchasing and administrative costs.
Bidders shall visit the city of Warner Robins buildings included and shall be responsible for having ascertained pertinent local conditions such as location, accessibility and general character of the buildings.
All questions must be submitted through Ionwave by the designated date and time of Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 2:00 p. m. eastern time.
