Payment for invoices will be processed within thirty days of receipt in accordance with mutually agreed upon acceptance process, following ordinary state procedures and practices.

Vendors must be NYS-certified MWBE or SDOVB, active Salesforce registered partners (Silver, Gold, Platinum, or Ridge), and demonstrate a minimum of three Salesforce-certified professionals and 3 years of experience in Salesforce implementation projects, including legacy application modernization.

Bidders not meeting minimum qualifications will be disqualified. Failure to provide requested information within five business days may result in disqualification.

All responses shall be submitted in writing no later than July 06, 2026, at 4:00 pm est.

Respondents must provide information on small business status, SAM registration, capabilities statement, and an authorized distributor letter if reselling.

Failure to provide required information may result in the offeror being considered incapable of meeting the VA's needs.

The contract consists of an initial 5-year term beginning July 2026, with a base period from July 2026 to July 2027, and four additional 12-month option periods extending through July 2031.

The government will issue an order resulting from this request for quotation to the responsible offeror whose quotation results in the best value to the government, considering both price and nonprice factors.

Only Siemens Level III/Senior service technicians, factory-trained and certified, may perform service. The contractor must have a minimum of 10 years verified experience maintaining laboratory HVAC control systems.

The contractor shall provide six 6 scheduled onsite visits annually for system optimization, operator coaching, and preventive maintenance. pm site visits shall occur on approximately a bimonthly basis.

Firms that believe they can fully meet the governments requirements may submit substantiating documentation or a request for additional information in writing to the identified point of contact before the due date deadline of this SAM posting.

Shipment of card counters will be made to the USCIS Lees Summit Production Facility (LPF) and the Corbin Production Facility (CPF) within 30 days after contract award.
