The Town of Mead seeks a qualified consulting engineering firm for on-call professional engineering services for its wastewater treatment facility (WWTP) and related infrastructure. Services include support for capital improvements, equipment replacement, and operational needs. The initial term is one year, renewable up to five years. Proposals are due on October 12, 2026. The consultant must demonstrate expertise in WWTP, including grit handling, UV disinfection, and PLC/SCADA upgrades. The selection is based on best overall value.
