Payment shall be made for items accepted by the government that have been delivered to the delivery destinations set forth in this contract.

The contractor warrants and implies that the items delivered under this contract are merchantable and fit for use for the particular purpose described in this contract.

The contractor shall maintain all applicable federal, state, and local licenses required to perform inspections, make recommendations, and apply agricultural chemicals.

A qualified representative shall inspect fields at fcc lompoc farm on an as needed basis, as determined by the farm manager.
