The vendor shall be responsible for any incorrect or damaged shipments and defective merchandise, with arrangements for pickup within 48 hours and replacement or credit within 10 business days.
The vendor, upon request, shall be required to submit samples of substituted items. Samples shall be submitted by the vendor after award to the Illinois Tollway's Central Administration Building.
