Bids must be received no later than 10:30 a. m. local time on August 18, 2026.

All valve and actuator assemblies shall be warranted for a period of two (2) years from the date of shipment.

Bidders must complete and sign the bid form, including firm name, address, fed ID, phone, fax, email, contact name, and authorized signature. Northern Ireland affidavit and wage theft form must be included with each bid.

A bidder who makes a false statement on the Northern Ireland fair employment practices disclosure or wage theft disclosure shall be declared to have acted in default of its contract and shall be subject to remedies for default. For failure to cure such a default, the contractor or subcontractor shall be automatically excluded from bidding for two years.

If a potential bidder does not notify the division of purchases and supplies in advance of the bid opening date of any possible discrepancy, then any such discrepancy or erratum cannot be the basis for a protest of award.
