Bidders must be a Florida certified general contractor or Miami Dade County licensed general contractor/engineering contractor and have awarded a minimum of three similar projects in the last ten years. bidder or its principal must have been awarded a minimum of three 3 projects of similar scope within the last ten 10 years

Failure to achieve substantial completion will incur liquidated damages of $1,500 per day. failure to achieve substantial completion: 1, 500day shall apply.
