Louisville Metro Housing Authority (LMHA) is seeking proposals for real estate services, including property sales, acquisitions, marketing, and leasing. Proposals are due by July 13, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST. All questions must be submitted in writing by July 3, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST to ***@***. *. * proposals will not be accepted. The contract term is initially one year with options for four additional one-year renewals. LMHA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
Proposals must be submitted electronically and received by 10:00 a. m. local time, Thursday, July 13, 2026. Late proposals will not be accepted.
The selected offeror shall be compensated only for authorized activities in accordance with the fee proposal submitted. Compensation for property purchases may be paid by the seller or from the seller-paid commission, or specified as a percentage of the sales price for properties sold on behalf of LMHA.
Proposals will be evaluated based on relevant firm experience (30 points), qualifications and experience of key personnel (20 points), technical approach and understanding of LMHA's needs (20 points), past performance and references (15 points), and fee proposal (15 points).
Offerors must be legally organized and authorized to conduct business in Kentucky, maintain an active Kentucky real estate broker license, have a minimum of five years of experience in real estate brokerage services, and demonstrate successful experience representing public agencies or similar entities.
A proposer's failure to provide accurate information in response to this RFP may disqualify the proposer from further participation in the selection process. LMHA will reject proposals from offerors suspended or debarred by HUD.
