The selection criteria include university past performance rating (15 points), design proposal (25 points), schedule (10 points), strength of contractors team (15 points), project management approach (15 points), and cost (20 points).
The designbuild team will be selected using a single stage value based selection method. Each designbuild team will submit a preliminary design and cost proposal that demonstrates compliance with project scope and budget.
Liquidated damages in the amount of $1,**** per day for each day after expiration of the contract time are stipulated.

Failure to comply with communication restrictions during the selection process may result in disqualification. Failure to provide a claim of business confidentiality form or redacted proposal shall result in the proposal being classified as an unprotected public record.
