The 60th Logistics Readiness Squadron (LRS) at Travis AFB, CA, is seeking a sole source contract for the acquisition of 2 Megamat RS 350 vertical carousels, including installation, electrical services, Kardex Remstar totes, Keytec software, and training. Advanced Office Systems, Inc. (AOS) is the sole authorized dealer for Kardex Remstar products in Northern California. The existing storage system uses Kardex Megamat units, and AOS provides service. The proposed solution requires Keytec software for power management and compatibility with existing infrastructure. Interested parties can submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation by **** PST on August 4, 2025. The government reserves the right to not compete the requirement based on the responses received.

Notice of a proposed contract action for the release of the geospatial warehouse for vector access (GWAVA) solicitation, to be released on or after August 5, 2025. The solicitation will be a Request for Proposal (RFP) solicited via FAR part 15 procedures. The contract will have a 12-month period of performance for initial GWAVA development, with an optional 3-month extension for GWAVA operations and sustainment. The Dorchester School District intends to enter into a sole-source annual contract with Control Management, Inc. for the maintenance and service of Siemens building control systems installed throughout the district. The contract is intended to maintain a standardized system district-wide and maximize the initial investment in the Siemens systems. No other energy management systems are interchangeable.

The tender requires a contractor to provide, install, train personnel on, and support counting machines at the 20th Logistics Readiness Squadron, Shaw Air Force Base, South Carolina. The contractor must comply with all applicable safety and security regulations, including obtaining necessary base passes and clearances. The contractor is responsible for all personnel, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, vehicle, supervision, labor and other items and services necessary for the installation. Installation must be completed within 30 days of award. The contractor must provide a contract manager and alternates. The contractor must comply with all installation and facility safety and security regulations, as well as the health, safety, and security provisions of the contract. The contractor must ensure all debris from the work site has been removed and properly disposed of and the site be sanitized to the level it was given. Prior to the acceptance of the completed project, the contractor must arrange through the combat arms NCOIC for the appropriate inspections for the acceptance of work to make sure the system is up and running properly and the equipment is professionally and neatly installed. Setup shall be completed within 1 weeks on beginning work onsite. The contractor shall protect government property on hand to prevent damage during the period the property is under the control or in possession of the contractor.
