Proposals will be evaluated based on applicants written responses to the evaluative sections described above and according to the selection criteria detailed in the subsequent section.

Proposers must currently be providing services to adults with severe mental illness with the demonstrated knowledge and resources including this funding to provide vocational supports to the target population.
