The awarded contractor will need to provide a one-year contractor warranty.
The award will be based on best value to the state, considering cost price or reasonableness of price (40%), past performance, qualifications, and experience (45%), project milestone schedule (15%), and the qualifications of key personnel.
Respondents must have been in business for a minimum of 3 years within the last 10 years, be currently licensed, financially solvent, adequately capitalized, and submit the response in accordance with instructions. A VTS score of D or below will result in disqualification.
Liquidated damages are **** per day for this project. Failure to comply with disclosure requirements or produce records can also result in sanctions.
Site visits are available from June 8, 2026, through June 10, 2026. Attendance at the presolicitation conference is optional but recommended.
