Scope of work includes the existing shingle removal down to deck and installation of new metal panel roof system of 3 roofs ( A, C & E), flute fill and PVC overlay of 1 roof ( D), removal and replacement of 1 awning and the demolition of 1 canopy ( J). BUILDINGS A, C & E 1. tRemove existing roofing and underlayment to decking of 3 separate structures ( A, C& E). 2. tRemove & replace any damaged /deteriorated roof decking of roofs. 3. tRemove existing gutters and downspouts on all buildings. 4. tInstall new ice and water shield at perimeters and penetrations of roofs. 5. tInstall new underlayment, metal roof panels and components on all roofs. 6. tInstall new gutters, downspouts, valleys and trim where indicated on drawings. Building D 1. tNew PVC roofing membrane & flute filler rigid insulation installed over existing metal panel roof systems. a. tClean roof surfaces b. tLoose lay rigid Isocyanate insulation between roof panel ribs c. tLoose lay HD Iso cover board insulation over entire roof d. tMechanically fasten both layers of insulation to existing metal roof structure. e. tMechanically attach . 060 PVC membrane roof over insulation. f. tInstall all PVC flashings and metal components to complete the installation. g. tInstall new pre- finished gutters and downspouts. The existing roof will have wrinkles removed prior to the new gypsum roof cover board and roofing. All new prefinished metal coping caps, Scuppers, Downspouts, metal roof splashes, flashings, accessories, and terminations are included.

The existing roofs are primarily architectural profile metal with gutters and downspouts and will be re- roofed in a PVC membrane with new gutters, downspouts and accessories. A portion of the roof in Elizabethtown is PVC flat roof and being replaced to match existing. It is anticipated that the roof in Elizabethtown will receive some amount of structural metal deck repair due to deterioration. The project is comprised of ( 3) different buildings on ( 3) different sites in ( 2) different districts, as listed below. They are all double pitched roofs and all buildings have a small addition onto their long sides with a lower roof, which are not being re- covered. All of the buildings are a single footprint.
