The bid notice states that delivery and/or completion will be made within twelve 12 days from the date of notification if the bidder fails to indicate a date of delivery and/or completion. For the overall contract, the period is three 3 years from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2029.

The bid notice mentions prompt pay discounts will be considered when determining the low bid, except when discounts are for a period of less than 30 days. It also states prompt pay discount 30 days, net 45 days.

All equipment is covered by the respective manufacturers standard warranty. Installation workmanship is guaranteed for 1 year from project completion. The contractor shall respond to emergency support requests within 48 hours of notification.

The award will be based on best value to the government in accordance with FAR Part 12, considering technical capability of the item offered, price, and past performance history, with technical capability being weighted higher than price.

Offerors must be responsible and their quotes must conform to the solicitation. They must provide detailed specifications and product literature that sufficiently describe the products being offered. Quotes submitted without detailed product information or that only restate the government-provided specification will not be considered acceptable.

The bid notice does not mention the submission of samples.

All questions concerning this requirement must be submitted by Friday, 3 April, 2026, at 10:00 am CDT. Questions will be answered via an amendment to this solicitation by Tuesday, 7 April, 2026.
