Liquidated damages of one hundred dollars (****) per day will be assessed for failure to begin work within fifteen (15) days of the notice to proceed, and for failure to complete the project within the specified timeline.

It is mandatory that the bidder conduct a site visit to determine site conditions before placing their bid.

Any protest of the proposed award of the bid must be submitted in writing no later than ten (10) days from the award date/notice of rejection letter.
