If bidding other than requested brand, product number, or style, sufficient literature must be enclosed to demonstrate compliance with specifications. Samples are required for some items, and previous samples from the original solicitation may be used. The award will be based on the highest quantity quoted for the listed items. Vendors must bid on all listed quantities. Prices quoted must remain firm from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026. The awarded vendor will provide a proof, photograph, or video of any ordered item prior to production. An account executive will manage the university's purchases. The university reserves the right to make an award or awards based upon individual line items, in groups, or on an all-or-nothing basis. Payment is to be made within 30 days after receipt of a properly executed invoice or delivery, whichever is later.
