The bid documents must be posted or delivered so as to be received at the Niles Housing Commission business office not later than 2:00 PM EST on May 08, 2026.

S. government.

Noncompliance with HUD's regulations in 24 CFR Part 135 may result in sanctions, termination of this contract for default, and debarment or suspension from future HUD assisted contracts.

Each bidder shall fully acquaint and familiarize himself with the contract documents and with conditions as they exist and the character of the operations to be carried on under the proposed contract, and make such investigations as he sees fit so that he may fully understand the facilities, difficulties and restrictions attending the performance of the services required under this contract.

No inquiry received within five days before the bid due date will be given consideration.
