The contractor must complete all work within ninety (90) working days following issuance of the City's notice to proceed.

Each bidder shall submit with its bid proposal a statement of bidders qualifications which is included within the contract documents. All information required by the statement of bidders qualifications shall be completely, accurately, and fully provided.
