Proposals are solicited for a Clerk of the Works for the municipal auditorium renovations project. The construction period is mid-July through the end of December. An optional pre-bid site visit is scheduled for July 15, 2026. Bids are due by July 23, 2026, at 4:30 PM and must be submitted via email. Questions are due by July 16, 2026. Bids will be evaluated based on ability to provide services, experience, staff qualifications, and total cost.
