Proposals are solicited for a Clerk of the Works for the municipal auditorium renovations project. The construction period is mid-July through the end of December. An optional pre-bid site visit is scheduled for July 15, 2026. Bids are due by July 23, 2026, at 4:30 PM and must be submitted via email. Questions are due by July 16, 2026. Bids will be evaluated based on ability to provide services, experience, staff qualifications, and total cost. The city reserves the right to accept the bid deemed in its best interest, even if not the lowest. Payment will be made bi-weekly after invoice submission and city council approval.
