The bid proposals must be received no later than April 3, 2026, at 2:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST).

The contractor shall provide a warranty for all equipment furnished, beginning at the time of final acceptance of the system and continuing for a period of two (2) years, with an extension at the City of Minot's option to a total of three (3) years. This warranty shall cover all parts and labor costs during the warranty period.

Award will be made to the proposer whose submission is determined to be the most advantageous to the City of Minot based on evaluation criteria: Price (30%), System Integration/Technical Compliance (50%), Warranty (10%), and Vendor Experience (10%).

The City of Minot invites qualified firms to submit sealed proposals.

The City of Minot reserves the right to conduct interviews, site visits, or request clarifications.

Written questions regarding the RFP are due by March 17, 2026.

The bid notice states, if the city of minot elects to award a contract to the lowest responsible bidder, and the lowest responsible bidder does not execute a contract within ten 10 days, the bidders bond will be forfeited to the city of minot, and the city of minot may award the project to the next lowest responsible bidder.

The bid notice states, each bidder must possess a valid north dakota contractors license for the full amount of their bid, as required by section **** of the north dakota century code.

The completion of all painting-related work is to be completed by Saturday, September 26, 2026.

The city of minot will remit payment within 30 days of receipt of the invoice.
