Sealed proposals for custodial services at six municipal buildings will be received until 10:30 am on Tuesday, July 14, 2026. A mandatory walkthrough inspection is scheduled for Tuesday, July 7, 2026, starting at 9:00 am at City Hall. The contract duration is three years, with an option to extend. Award will be made to a contractor regularly established in custodial services with demonstrated ability, considering technical capability and availability of manpower and equipment. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond of 5% of the proposal. Proposals cannot be withdrawn for 90 days after opening. The city reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
