Honda Government Bids & RFPs

The ordering period for this Basic Ordering Agreement is from July 23, 2026, to July 22, 2031.

Payment will be made by electronic funds transfer via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Specific WAWF information will be placed in each task order.

The government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered.

Offerors must be a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and comply with the DoD's CMMC 2. 0 framework at Level 1.

Failure to comply with CMMC 2. 0 framework requirements or misrepresenting a firm's status as a small business can lead to disqualification.

The estimated total value is $9,000,****.

The bid closing datetime is June 01, 2026, 3:00 PM.

Bidders must complete and sign the bid form, including firm name, address, fed ID/SSN, phone number, fax number, email address, contact name, and authorized signature. They must also comply with all terms and conditions, including the Northern Ireland Fair Employment Practices Disclosure and Wage Theft Disclosure.

For failure to cure a default related to false statements in the Northern Ireland disclosure, the contractor or subcontractor shall be automatically excluded from bidding for the supply of any goods or services for use by the city for a period of two years.

If a potential bidder does not notify the Division of Purchases and Supplies in advance of the bid opening date of any possible discrepancy, then any such discrepancy or erratum cannot be the basis for a protest of award.

If a bidder or appropriate parties fail to complete and submit the Northern Ireland Fair Employment Practices Disclosure, they shall not be eligible for a contract award. Any person or entity deemed to have made a false statement in the wage theft disclosure shall be declared to have acted in default of its contract and shall be subject to the remedies for default contained in its contract.
