Vendors must register on the Procureware website to obtain the RFP. You will be required to first register on this website.

A site visit will follow the preproposal conference. a preproposal conference will be held in the rta board conference room on tuesday, october 13, 2026, at 2: 00 pm with a site visit immediately following.

Vehicle must be delivered within 60 days from date of award. The bid reply sheet states delivery date: not to exceed 60 days.

Payment shall be made at the contract price for goods provided and verified by the Oswego County Sheriffs Department. The county will audit and pay proper amounts within 60 days after receipt of invoice. Oswego county does not pay in advance.
