The contractor shall deliver all items not later than 90 days after date of contract award.

Payments to the contractor shall be made through EFT within 30 days following satisfactory inspection and acceptance of the vehicles at U. S. Embassy New Delhi, submission of a legitimate invoice to the Financial Management Office (FMO) along with proof of delivery and upon presentation of the certificates of origin or vehicle titles.

The vehicles furnished under this contract shall be covered by the most favorable manufacturer's commercial warranty in New Delhi, India. The contractor shall provide a copy in English of the applicable manufacturer's commercial warranty, with each vehicle covered by such a warranty, at no additional cost to the government.

The U. S. Government intends to award contracts to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price.

Offerors must provide evidence that they operate an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing in India or plan to establish an office within 30 days of contract award. They must also provide proof of SAM registration and evidence of necessary personnel, equipment, and financial resources.

Failure to provide the requested matrix table, valid and transferable title at delivery, or proof of authority to sell may result in the offer being found technically unacceptable or the contractor being found non-responsible.

Proposers must be properly licensed and insured in Georgia, demonstrate experience with heavy-duty municipal and emergency vehicles, maintain sufficient equipment and staffing for timely responses, have the capability to tow up to 80,000 pounds, and provide 24-hour emergency response.
