This is a combined synopsis solicitation for the lease rental of dining facilities in support of marriage enrichment retreats in accordance with attachment 1 performance work statement (PWS) for the chaplains religious enrichment development operations credo Hawaii. The period of performance is from 01 August 2025 to 31 July 2026. Quotes must be submitted electronically to ***@***. *. * no later than 17 July 2025 at 1:00 pm Hawaii standard time (HST). The announcement closes on 22 July 2025 at 1:00 pm HST. The government intends to award a single firm fixed price contract to the responsible quoter whose quote is technically acceptable and most advantageous to the government. Quoters must be registered and active in the SAM database. All quotes should include a price for each item, point of contact, phone number, email address, CAGE code, UEID, business size, and payment terms. Quotes should not exceed eight pages. Facsimile quotes will not be accepted. Past performance information is required.

Sealed bids are requested for the provision of inmate commissary items. Bids must be received by 2:00 PM on May 5, 2025. Vendors must hold their price firm for 90 business days. Alternative bids are not accepted unless authorized. Vendors must be registered with the procurement division prior to submitting their bid. The county will accept electronically transmitted bids. Additional information requests should be directed to Robert Mackey. The county reserves the right to award the bid on an all-or-none, line-item, or schedule basis. The evaluation criteria are listed in the notice. Vendors must complete the bid forms contained in the bid package. The county will not be responsible for any costs incurred by the bidder in the preparation of their bid. The county requires that bids be submitted as one marked original and one exact copy. The county is requesting that bids be submitted on recycled paper, not include unnecessary advertising, and be made on both sides of each sheet of paper. Vendors must have the ability to accept payment via the ecommerce card visa. A minimum of 30 days is required to process invoices for payment. Vendors must, upon request, furnish satisfactory evidence of their ability to furnish products or services in accordance with the terms and conditions of these specifications. The condition of the commissary items must be clean and rid of any trash and odors. All commissary items must be processed immediately and shipped within seven business days to the address listed on each purchase order. Delivery must be between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM Monday through Friday. Bidders must include all destination and delivery charges in their price. Vendors must notify the procurement division of any item number changes throughout the term of the bid. Vendors must use the pricing sheet attached in section VI. Vendors must complete the pricing sheet and return with their bid. The county reserves the right to reject any and all bids received. Bidders may be required to submit samples of each brand bid. The successful bidder must deliver only products that are fresh and well within the shelf life of that product. Any subcontracting must be approved in advance by Knox County. Prospective bidders may submit questions concerning this solicitation until April 21, 2025 at 4:30 PM local time. All questions must be submitted in writing. All documents submitted on behalf of this invitation for bid shall be open to the public for viewing and inspection.
