Renovation of a 10,200 sq ft catheterization lab at Fresno VA Medical Center. Project includes architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work. Vendors must be Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). Proposals are due July 29, 2026. A site visit is mandatory. The contract award will be based on a best-value tradeoff between technical factors and price. Estimated project magnitude is between $5,000,**** and $10,000,****.
The contract period of performance will be seven hundred thirty (730) consecutive calendar days from issuance of the notice to proceed (NTP).
Progress payments will be made based on submitted applications, contingent on the completion of specific requirements such as as-built drawings, waste manifests, certified payroll, current project schedule, daily logs, and correction of punchlist items and safety deficiencies.
The basis for award is the best value tradeoff where all nonprice evaluation factors, when factors 1, 2, and 3 are combined are approximately equal to factor 4 costprice.
Offerors must be registered in SAM. gov and verified as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) by the SBA.
