This is an unrestricted solicitation for dredging and sediment disposal services for the U. S. Coast Guard at three locations in the San Francisco Bay Area. The work includes all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment necessary to perform dredging and disposal in strict accordance with the provided specifications. All dredge work must be completed within specified in-water work windows for each location. The estimated total for all 3 locations is between $1,000,**** and $5,000,****. A bid bond of 20% of the bid price is required. Performance and payment bonds are required within 10 days of contract award. This requirement is issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) which will result in the award of a single firm fixed price (FFP) contract. Bids shall be uploaded via DoD SAFE from August 10, 2026 through August 20, 2026. Early bid submittals are highly encouraged.
