Respondents must provide satisfactory evidence of their ability to manage and coordinate the types of tasks, activities, and deliverables described in this solicitation and to produce the specified goods and/or services on time and with high quality.

References to a sample entity relationship diagram (ERD) and references to one or more source code samples are required.

Delivery is expected within 30 calendar days from the date of award.

Payment requests and receiving reports must be submitted electronically via the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system.

The contractor shall extend the full coverage of any standard commercial warranty normally offered in a similar commercial sale at no additional cost to the government. The warranty period shall begin upon final acceptance.

Award will be made on a lowest price technically acceptable basis.

Offerors must be authorized resellers or distributors and provide documentation from the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) confirming this status. Firms must also be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).

Quotations submitted without required OEM authorization documentation or those that take exception to the solicitation terms and conditions may be rejected.
