The proposal that accrues the highest point total shall be recommended for award subject to the best interests of CIHA. The evaluation process will be based on a 100-point scale.
Proposers must be registered investment advisors under the Investment Advisers Act of ****, as amended, or be a bank as defined in that act. They must have assets under management (AUM) of at least $200 million. They must indicate ability to execute HUD depository agreement as written.
A bidder who wishes to appeal a notice of intent to award must file a written protest within five 5 calendar days following the date this notice is issued.
