Concrete for spillway cells at Lock and Dam 8, St. Paul District Mixed concrete deliveries to the Minnesota side of the spillway at Lock and Dam 8 in Genoa, WI. Deliveries will take place during the winter months ( November 1st - March 1st) over a two- year period ( base year and one option year). Minimum quantity is 350 cubic yards, but could increase to up to 450 cubic yards. Deliveries will be in 30- yard batches ( 10 delivered to the work site). Backing across the 20- wide Reno spillway is required.
