The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking bids for FD10 smooth drum vibratory roller rentals. The contract will be an established price contract. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Commonwealth's electronic system. Questions regarding the IFB must be submitted in writing to the issuing officer. The issuing office reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Additional documents may be required during the evaluation process. The method of award will be to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The contract terms and conditions are detailed in Part V of the IFB. This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial products or commercial services. Proposals are requested via a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document, provisions, and clauses are those in effect through the federal acquisition circular and DFARS publications current at the time of posting. The provisions and clauses applicable to this acquisition are identified in the DITCO basic agreement and the attached RFQ. The lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) source selection process will be used to evaluate quotes. The Drumore Township Municipality is seeking proposals for equipment rental. Bid proposals are due April 3, 2025, at 6:30 PM, and will be opened at 7:00 PM.
