The tile mural of the state of Kentucky will be left in place and protected during construction. Soffits and ceilings will be rebuilt to match the existing design. All existing single glazed windows will be removed and replaced with insulated storefront units that match the mullion layout of the original design and will include the lateral reinforcing at the mullions over the concrete wall panels that were part of the original design.
