Payment shall be made on the pay period after receipt and acceptance of goods and/or services and upon using department confirmation of such acceptance.

Contractor guarantees each portion of the services as installed against defective materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of City's written acceptance of the work. Promptly upon City's request within that one (1) year period, contractor agrees to correct by repair or replacement without charge to City any defects which may appear in the work or any portion thereof.

Proposals are sought from qualified consulting firms.

When deemed necessary by the City, an onsite inspection date and time will be so designated. The vendor is responsible for inspecting and understanding the total scope of the projects i. e. , specifications, quality, and quantity of work to be performed.

Protests of any kind regarding the solicitation must be received by the City's Purchasing Agent not more than five calendar days after the last day for questions or the last addendum is issued, whichever is later. Bid protests must be received by the City no later than seven calendar days after the bid opening.

In case of default by the vendor of any of the conditions of this solicitation or contract resulting from this solicitation, the vendor agrees that the City may procure the articles or services from other sources and may deduct from the unpaid balance due the vendor, or collect against the bond or surety, or may invoice the vendor for excess costs so paid.

All materials awarded under the contract resulting from this solicitation are expected to be delivered on the date specified in this solicitation. No partial deliveries will be accepted.

The contractor shall use the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system for submitting payment requests and receiving reports. Specific document types and routing information will be provided at the time of award.

The government intends to award a contract to the responsible offeror whose quotation conforms to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The following factors will be used: Technical, Price, and SPRS evaluation.

To be eligible for an award, offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and furnish a unique entity ID, cage code, and federal tax ID number.

Failure to fill in required information, failure to price all line items, or failure to be registered in SAM. gov may result in your quote being considered nonresponsive.
