Delivery is expected within 30 calendar days from the date of award.

If not the OEM, offerors must demonstrate verifiable prior experience, qualifications of field service engineers/technicians, and an established supply chain with the OEM.

Offerors are afforded the opportunity to inspect the system by contacting the contract specialist/contracting officer to schedule an appointment. Failure to inspect the system will not relieve the successful offeror from fully meeting the requirements of the resulting contract at the price offered.

Submissions containing macros will be considered nonresponsive. No additional time will be given to an offeror or applicant to correct the document submission, and the government will not inform the offeror or applicant that their submission is nonresponsive prior to award.

The period of performance for the base period is 07/15/2026 - 07/14/2027, with four option periods extending to 07/14/2031.
