Offerors must provide a statement that all referenced attachments have been reviewed and understood, and verify that all requirements and specifications will be achieved. Exceptions must be listed separately with document number, section, and recommended solution. The offeror must have direct experience providing construction management as advisor services for three 3 projects, 180,000 square feet or more including utility infrastructure site work, within the last ten 10 years. They must also have direct experience providing construction management as advisor services for three 3 projects involving major site development with subsurface tunnel construction for transportation, industrial, utility, research, or similar facilities. with a total construction value of at least 8 million per project, for the precast concrete and earthwork related work. They must also have direct experience providing construction management as advisor services for three 3 projects with process piping for industrial cooling involving cooling towers and associated systems controls. The offeror must have completed three 3 constructability reviews on projects valued greater than 100 million. They must have completed three 3 projects involving advising, developing and maintaining a construction schedule greater than seven hundred and thirty 730 calendar days. They must have prepared three 3 construction cost estimates for clients, where the work was valued at greater than 100 million. The offeror must provide a company organization chart displaying the necessary personnel resource availability to support the timeline for deliverables. At least one project manager with ten 10 years or more experience managing industrial or commercial projects. At least one estimator with ten 10 years or more experience estimating large scale projects 180,000 square feet or more. Must hold a certified professional estimator CPE certification from the American Society of Professional Estimators or equivalent. At least one scheduler with ten 10 years or more experience developing and maintaining construction schedules, for large scale, multibuilding developments with durations greater than seven hundred and thirty 730 calendar days. At least one project engineer with seven 7 years or more experience related to new buildings construction including excavations, foundations, steel superstructures and mechanical, plumbing and electrical services.
