A single organized site visit has been scheduled for Thursday 23 July 2026 at 1:00 p. m pst. The government will not reimburse any offeror for expenses related to attendance of this site visit.

The permanent UPS system is expected to be fully installed, tested, and running by May 1, 2027. The total period of performance is 36 weeks from contract award.

Payment will be made by electronic funds transfer (EFT) via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Invoices must be submitted electronically.

A 5-year OEM support package is required, including a 1-year standard warranty plus a 4-year extended warranty with annual preventive maintenance, parts, and labor. Firmware security patch support for the Power Xpert Gateway card is guaranteed for the 5-year warranty period.

The award will be made to the offer with the lowest evaluated price of quotations meeting or exceeding the acceptability factors for non-cost factors (lowest priced, technically acceptable).

Vendors must provide new, unused, and non-refurbished items. The proposed parts must have been previously qualified or demonstrated to meet applicable environmental and performance requirements. Technical capability will be assessed based on providing a quotation for the exact parts specified.

Quotes must be based on the exact parts specified. No deviations from the requested parts or salient characteristics are allowed. Failure to meet technical capability requirements will result in a 'not acceptable' rating.

The estimated total value is $19,000,****.

The permanent UPS system is to be delivered on or before May 1, 2027. The rental period is not to exceed eight months. The total period of performance is 36 weeks from contract award. The contractor shall provide dod unique identification or a dod recognized unique identification equivalent.

Payment will be made by Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). The contractor shall use the following information when submitting payment requests and receiving reports in wawf for this contract or task or delivery order:

A 5-year manufacturer warranty is required, including annual preventive maintenance visits, parts, and labor. The contractor must deliver a written certification from the original equipment manufacturer oem guaranteeing that spare parts, factorytrained field service technicians, battery replacements, and firmwaresecurity updates shall remain commercially available for a minimum of ten 10 years from the date of final government acceptance.

The government will evaluate quotes based on the lowest evaluated price of quotations meeting or exceeding the acceptability factors for non-cost factors (lowest priced, technically acceptable). The government willevaluate information based on the following evaluation criteria listed below: 1 Price. Total price will be evaluated.
