The contractor further agrees, upon written notice from the authority, to promptly and without charge, make changes, corrections and/or replacement, to the satisfaction of the authority, which may be required to make good all defects in design and material under its intended use, for a period of three 3 years, with the three 3 year period commencing on the date of acceptance by the authority.
