Capital Region BOCES is requesting sealed bids for universal waste disposal services for participating school districts. Bids must be received by Thursday, October 15, 2026, at 2:00 p. m. local time. Bidders must document five or more years in the business of providing universal waste disposal services and provide at least three customer references. All bid pricing must include all costs associated with treatment, removal, transportation, and disposal. The contract term is one year, from December 1, 2026, through November 30, 2027.
