Service: Pest Control - Statewide - PURPOSE: The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to establish a contract( s) to provide statewide pest control services for insects, commensal and semi- commensal rodents. The contract( s) would be available to all State Agencies, Boards, and Commissions and Cooperative Purchasing Venture ( CPV) members ( collectively referred to as Ordering Entities) for up to the duration of the anticipated contract terms. Ordering Entities may have differing needs that may require

Pest Control Services Statewide pest control services for insects, commensal and semi- commensal rodents. Services may include roaches, ants, silverfish, ground beetles, crickets, fruit flies, stored product pests, flies, bees, wasps, hornets, other occasional invaders, boxelder bugs, nuisance crawling insects, spiders, night flying insects, and other arthropod insects. Rodent control services include mice, rats, squirrels, chipmunks, and other commensal or semi- commensal rodents. Pests excluded are invasive plants, bed bugs, spongy moths, birds, bats, snakes, raccoons, and other vertebrates ( except commensal/semi- commensal rodents). The state is divided into 11 zones for pest control services.
