Payments will be made on completed tasks based on the proposer's project approach and methodology, with each billing not exceeding 40% of the contract amount. payment will be remitted net 30 days following receipt and authorization of a monthly invoice

The proposal award will be based on qualifications, experience, references, knowledge of local and state codes and ordinances, staffing, scheduling, management philosophy and approach, and cost. he proposal award will not be based solely upon cost, but will be evaluated based upon criteria formulated around the most important features of the services

Offerors must identify each staff member who will participate, their responsibilities, and provide resumes. The firm must demonstrate sufficient staffing to complete services timely. offeror must identify each member of its staff who will participate in the project and the nature and scope of that persons responsibilities and duties.

The selected proposal will be the one considered the most advantageous regarding price, quality of service, qualifications and capabilities of respondent to provide the specified service, respondents familiarity with Eagle County, and any other factors the county may consider.

The bid notice requires respondents to briefly explain their company's qualifications to provide the services requested, including years in business, staffing, vehicles to be utilized, and experience. Experience facilitating multijurisdictional teams and work within the natural resources subject area are preferred.
