The contractor shall begin performance within 15 calendar days and complete the entire work ready for use not later than 175 calendar days after the work has started. The time stated for completion shall include final cleanup of the premises and completion of punch list items.

Failure to timely submit required security may result in rescinding or termination of the contract by the government. If the contract is terminated, the contractor will be liable for those costs as described in FAR ****, Default Fixed-Price Construction.
