Patient Communication Government Bids & RFPs

Delivery is scheduled for 06/15/2026 for item ****, 06/15/2026 for item ****, and 06/15/2026 for item ****.

Invoices will be submitted on a monthly basis. Payment by the Government will be made in accordance with ****, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer System for Award Management, or ****, Payment by Third Party.

A 2-year warranty is included on all products.

Deliverables are due within 5 business days of contract award and renewal.

Payment requests must be submitted electronically using the Department of Treasury Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) or successor system, unless alternate procedures are authorized in writing by the Contracting Officer.

Bids must be received by the purchasing agency on the solicitation due date no later than the solicitation due time as set forth in the solicitation. The solicitation due date is **** and the solicitation due time is 2:25 PM.

Interested vendors must be registered to submit a bid. To register and obtain a vendor number visit the PA Supplier Portal.

Deployment across VISN 16 medical centers is required within 150 days after award.

Vendors must demonstrate technical capability and experience to meet requirements, including cybersecurity and HIPAA compliance. Proof of qualifications for small business categories is requested.

Information not provided may be considered nonresponsive to the request for information, and the contractor may not be considered as part of the market research.

Bids are due no later than 2:00 PM CT, Tuesday, May 26, 2026. The performance period is 475 days after Notice to Proceed.

Payment will be made by the Department of Veterans Affairs Financial Services Center. Specific terms are detailed in the solicitation, including prompt payment for construction contracts.

The project includes equipment warranty and system warranty.

Award may only be made with the responsible bidder whose bid, conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the government, considering only price.

A determination of responsibility will be conducted for the apparent low bidder prior to award. The contractor must have adequate financial resources, ability to comply with the schedule, a satisfactory performance record, integrity, necessary organization, experience, and technical skills, and eligible under applicable laws.

An organized site visit has been scheduled for April 30, 2026, at 9:00 AM CT. Participants will meet at Fargo, North Dakota, VA in room BD95. Site investigation and conditions affecting the work clauses will be included.

Questions, inquiries, or such are due no later than May 6, 2026, at 10:00 AM CT. No late questions will be accepted or answered after this deadline.

Failure to acknowledge an amendment may result in the offeror's bid being considered nonresponsive. Failure to provide documentation as outlined in the bid submission documents section by the date and time set for receipt of bids may deem the bid nonresponsive. Any exception to the terms and conditions of this invitation for bid will result in a nonresponsive bid.

The magnitude of construction cost range is between $2,000,**** and $5,000,****.
